Treatments
Out Patient Treatment
Collective Recovery offers day treatment, intensive outpatient treatment and general outpatient treatment services with the flexibility of morning and evening groups. We utilize a number of different treatment approaches including multiple mindfulness-based cognitive therapies. Collective Recovery offers an inclusive, compassionate atmosphere focused on addressing emotional and behavioral issues connected to substance use disorders.
Individual Psychotherapy
Individual therapy is an important aspect of our treatment. Each client will be assigned a licensed mental health therapist to assist with processing grief, shame, trauma, relapse prevention and other concerns to improve a clients ability to be successful in their efforts in recovery. Many of our Therapists utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Enhancement Strategies to assist individuals in creating their journey.

Family & Couples Therapy
While in Collective Recovery’s Outpatient IOP or PHP; Our professional Clinicians can help with issues in your family or with your significant other. Collective understands that as our Clients change while in treatment, so do their relationships and family dynamics. Collective Recovery helps those struggling in these areas.
EMDR Therapy
Collective Recovery also offers EMDR within our IOP & PHP tracks; EMDR or Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing therapy helps individuals with difficulties such as; anxiety or distressing memories, nightmares, insomnia, abuse or other traumatic events in recovery from addiction.
